Facebook comes in 5th place on a “50 things you couldn’t live without list” beating out things like a flushing toilet, a shower, email and Twitter. Actually, Twitter came in last place at number 50, but at least it made the list!
The list I am referring to is a recent study conducted by the London Science Museum. They surveyed 3,000 people about 50 things they could not live without.
The intention of the survey was in support of the museum’s latest exhibition, Water Wars: Fight The Food Crisis, which shows the need for fresh water and the technologies focused on helping solve the problem.

What item shocks you the most that made the list? Or, is there anything that didn’t make the list that you think should most definitely be on there!
The fact that Facebook made it in the top 5 along with clean drinking water really surprises me. And it beat out a flushing toilet? Seriously people?!
