To Entice You: First Wave of Speakers Confirmed for BlogWorld '10

Author:

The BlogWorld team held another marathon panel picking session last night, and while I’m sure those who live on the West Coast aren’t hurting as much as those of us who live on the East Coast, I’m also sure they’re just as pleased as me to announce some of our confirmed speakers.

The following speakers, panels and sessions have been approved and the speakers confirmed by return email. These are not all the speakers who were accepted last night, nor are they the last wave of speakers to receive invitations. We will have more announcements as the week progresses.  However, we know some of you want to see names before committing, so names we’ll drop.

Two New Keynotes Announced…More Details to Follow

I’m reaching out to Keynoters for descriptions of their talks, but at least I can tell you two more keynote sessions have been confirmed:

  • Doug Ulman – CEO for Livestrong (@LivestrongCEO)
  • Darren Rowse, Brian Clark, Sonia Simone – Will deliver a keynote together

Again, details to follow.

Tracks: Confirmed Speakers So Far

We approved more sessions (than these) last night and more will follow today. I also have to talk with some of the speakers and panelists we just confirmed to tweak some details before making announcements. However, I can share the following with you since these sessions have been accepted and the speakers confirmed that they will, indeed, talk at BlogWorld 2010.

As it’s early in the game, all times and dates are subject to change.

I am so thrilled that Jonathan Fields will be speaking, I love his books and cannot wait to meet him. There are many other too that I want to meet and hear, some I’ve heard before and some that I’ll meet for the first time. Can’t wait for the conference.

Wow, this is VERY enticing!! This will be one valuable few days… that is for sure! If the sessions aren’t enough to get someone there, the F2F networking will be.

So honored to be among such a fabulous list of speakers! If you want to know how decisions are made in newsrooms, I will show you from the inside out! Hint: think outside the blog! I have been a reporter for years and am now blogging as well – so I’ve really seen both sides of the coin! Join me! I will answer all the questions you have — and some you haven’t even thought of!

    See you there!

It would be helpful if you could add the company / organization names next to the speakers’ names.

Dude! You spelled Lewis Howes’ name wrong! But other than that, this rocks!
