I wish I could see the other half of the schedule, it is cut off. The first day looks great from what I can see. It will be here before we know it.

  • ????? ????

    nice schedule!looks good

  • Liz

It seems, looking at this schedule, that this conference is primarily for companies who blog or individuals who want to use their blog for commercial purposes.

There is not much here for the blogger who writes for creative or personal reasons, for nonprofit blogging or those who blog for their own online communities (fan groups, clubs, shared interest, etc.). Are there any panels on the use of video in blogs?

I guess it’s all about monetization and not about form or content creation. It looks like a conference for business people, not writers.

  • Rick

Liz the conference is for both. You may have noticed the title is “schedule day one”. Which is meant to be geared towards businesses who want to engage in social media. The main part of the event is on days two and three. That schedule comes out Monday.

Or you can take a look at last year’s schedule to get an idea of the topics we covered:

be sure to scroll down for days 2 and 3.
