On the left side of the hallway there is a large window which looks into a laboratory, which is filled with every kind of scientific instrument you could ever imagine. Several computers, a workbench with soldering irons, breadboards, and a large selection of electronic parts organized into a self system, EEPROM burners, signal generators, oscilloscopes, Erlenmeyer flasks, beakers, Bunsen burners, pipettes, a spectrograph, a ventilation hood, one of those quantitative PCR dealies... even a jacob's ladder for good measure.

There are several odd looking people in white lab coats who are obviously running a number of experiments in there. A beaker of blue liquid is boiling over a flame.

Some joker has put a sign in the corner of the window facing out which reads "Don't feed the geeks."

There is a door next to the window.

On the right side of the hallway there is a door painted with a huge black and white spiral which makes you dizzy when you stare at it. The LEDs in the floor nearest this door seem to pulsate with random colors radiating in rings out from the door.

Go further down the hall.
Go back toward the bar.
