If only I could get my husband online more often and maybe into a blog widow support group? His comments about my laptop being an extension of my body are getting oh so old. I’ve also been busted lately saying no I’m not online, I’m reading. But Lorelle’s Blogging Tips, Trust Agents and Crush It haven’t exactly fooled him

@shari – It took almost five years, but hard work paid off and my blog almost pays a full time salary. It took years of building up good, useful content, building community and experimenting with various revenue streams. It can happen but it’s a lot of work. To succeed and earn a full time salary, bloggers have to put in full time work.

there is not only the spouse who don’t understand why…but their family too…
how can you explain the need to get online everyday to keep track of your blog/stats/moderate comments while on vacation with them in the middle of nowhere?
