However, I believe as companies start seeing how powerful and strategic tools like Twitter, Facebook, Digg and SU can be, they'll hopefully realize that a position like this is imperative to maintain their online reputation. I'm seeing business suffer because of their efforts to keep things "in house" with employees that have mainly "dabbled" at best in social media. Look forward to updates! However, I do think social media might be better suited at finding existing businesses new clients rather than new employees, though it is happening for people who look hard enough.
