		<description>I agree - it&#039;s the reduction in the cost of entry/lowered cost of production that&#039;s fostered the revolution. The connotation of the word &quot;social&quot; has dilluted the focus of most recent dbates. Media has always been social; what&#039;s new is the lowered barriers to entry and the implosion of the gatekeepers.</description>
